Breathwork
Transformational breathwork is a body based healing modality and it is a beautiful way to get out of our heads and connect to our emotional inner world.
During breathwork sessions we use conscious connected breathing which brings on non-ordinary states of consciousness and can lead to profound experiences of healing.
By this breathing technique, we breathe through blockages in our body so the life energy can flow freely again.
You can breathe yourself free of emotional baggage! Sadness, anger, and old pain can arise, but also the positive spectrum of laughter, satisfaction, happiness and sexual liberation!
You have full permission to feel it all.
During breathwork, We opening ourselves up, clearing the mind, opening our heart, going into the little pocket of suppressed emotions, sensations and trauma that were sleeping in our bodies - we realising and letting go.

Ice Bath
Simply put, Ice Bath is a therapeutic practice that involves immersing your body in ice water which can offer numerous physical and mental health benefits!
I like to divide benefits into 3 parts
Before even getting in to the ice, we begin to break through limiting beliefs.
As you stand in front of the ice, it’s common to experience some pretty intense resistance and fear! You might think (and say!) “Nope. No way. I can’t do that.” But then you do it anyway!
So what else have you been telling yourself you can’t do out of fear and resistance?
In the ice bath where all the physical magic happens!
You will be Improving cardiovascular health, increasing metabolism, boosting your immune system, releasing pain relieving anti-inflammatories and much more!
After the ice bath is the time where you will use all those benefits in real life!
Cold immersion can help us to train the nervous system to be able to soothe in times of activation and stress.
